Kevin graduated BDS in New Zealand in 1969. Having worked for the Auckland Hospital Board and an Intravenous Sedation Practice treating anxious patients, he came to the UK. After a number of years as a NHS Principal, he did a MSc in Conservative Dentistry (Royal Dental, London) and was later awarded his FDSRCS[Eng.]. He became a full time lecturer at Guys Dental School (King’s College London) in 1983. In 1995 Kevin was appointed a NHS Consultant in Restorative Dentistry and Postgraduate Dental Tutor, E & N Herts. A career portfolio of positions in Dentistry followed – part time as Consultant, Postgraduate Tutor, Tutor at Guys and dental practitioner. In the last four years he has only worked at Brookmans Park Dental Practice. He has a special interest in using Composite Resin (tooth-coloured) restorative filling materials.
